We value Spirit-led living.
The Holy Spirit lives within every follower of Christ comforting, counseling, teaching and guiding us in every area of our lives. He enables us to become more like Jesus and provides spiritual gifts that help us make a difference in the world.
We value the Bible.
God has spoken to us through His Word and it is the foundation of faith and practice within our personal lives and our church family.
2 Timothy 3:16
We value worship.
God calls us to worship Him through surrendering our whole lives to Him. As we sing, pray, study, give and serve we give glory to God.
We value prayer.
Intimacy with our Heavenly Father grows as we individually and corporately spend time listening and talking with Him.
We value authenticity.
Honesty in our relationship with God produces transparency that helps us grow in our love for others. As we often say, “It is ok to not be ok, but it is not ok to stay that way”
We value serving others (within and without).
We want to have the same heart that Jesus modeled in serving others. Whether within our four walls, or in our greater community, we invest in the spiritual, emotional, physical and social needs of people.
1 John 3:18
We value transformed lives.
We celebrate changed people who have new purpose and destiny. God loves us where we are but He loves us too much to leave us there.
2 Corinthians 5:17
2 Corinthians 3:18
We value the whole family.
Whether you are young or old, married or single, our socially and ethnically diverse community is rich because it is God’s family. We value each individual’s personal journey and provide an array of options for them to connect into the family, grow in their faith and give their lives away in service.
1 Timothy 4:12
We value a relational approach to life.
We are designed for a relationship with God and each other and we believe life is done better together.
We value the gift of leadership.
We value and desire to develop the gift of leadership.
