  • Android Devices

    • Go to Settings and choose Apps or Application Manager.
    • Swipe to the All tab.
    • In the list of installed apps, find and tap your web browser.
    • Tap Clear Data and then Clear Cache.
    • Reboot.

     

  • IOS Devices

    • Quit safari.
    • Go to your settings>safari> clear history and website data.
    • Reboot

     

  • Windows

    • In Internet Explorer, select the Safety button, and then select Delete Browsing History.
    • Select the check box next to Cookies.
    • Select the Preserve Favorites website data check box if you don't want to delete the cookies associated with websites in your Favorites list.
    • Select Delete.
  • OSX

    • Select Preferences from the Safari menu or hold down the Command key and the comma key at the same time (Command+,).
    • Go to the Privacy tab.
    • Click the Remove All Website Data
    • Reboot

     

  • Chrome

    • Open Chrome.
    • In the top right, click the Menu Chrome Menu.
    • Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
    • In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
    • Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
    • Click Clear browsing data.
    • Reboot

STEP 1

  1. Check your internet speed using this tool. Speed tool.
  2. After the test is complete share with us by clicking the share button and email it to us at it@pureheart.org.
  3. If the results show low speed you should reset your modem and router by unplugging both for 1 minute at a time. Plug both in with the modem first followed by the router second.
