Baptism

When a person enters in to new life with Jesus, the Bible tells us that all of heaven rejoices. Baptism is an outward symbol of the inward commitment to Christ. Baptism is our testimony to the public of belonging to Jesus. If you have accepted Christ, we would love to baptize you and share this special decision with you to go public with your faith!

Baptism is an opportunity to celebrate with your friends and family the commitment that you have made to Jesus Christ. It is the physical act of immersion in water that represents the washing away of our old sinful nature and the rebirth of our new spirit in Christ. Baptism is an exciting expression of what God has done in our church to change people’s lives on an individual basis.

“Jesus said, ‘Go then, to all people everywhere and make them my disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and then teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” – Matthew 28:19-20
